2001年 フリーランスコマーシャルフォトグラファーとしてキャリアをスタート
私がフォトグラファーになる運命は子供の頃に既に決まっていたのかもしれない。それは7歳の時に始めた「空手」の存在による所が大きい。
「表現する」という事の楽しさを物心が付ききる前に体感してしまったのだ。
空手では体を使って「表現」を行ってきたが、フォトグラフィーでは「カメラ」を使って表現する。しかし、本質的にはやっている事は全く変わらない。
何かを「感じ」自分の中の様々な触媒に触れながら「化学変化」をおこし、アウトプットする。
そうした事を何十回・何百回・何千回と繰り返す事によって何か「本質（的な物）」に近づけるような気がするのである。

I believe my fate to become a photographer was determined way before I can remember.
Ever since I started learning Karate at seven, my body has physically sensed the pleasure of "expression".
In the Karate world, your feelings are physically expressed with your whole body.
On the other hand, photographers express through their equipments - cameras.
Essentially there is no difference between these two expressions.
When something comes into my mind, it tangles with the various catalysts in the soul, activates chemical reactions, and emerges the outputs.
Through the repetition of this process, I can feel my expressions get closer and closer to the essence.
